ADHD self-check
Six questions from the World Health Organization's adult ADHD screener, the one doctors use. The shaded answers are the ones that count, as on the original form.
Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Screener, for Adults, 18 and over. About 1 minutes; your answers never leave your device.
Compared with clinicians' diagnoses, this screener picked up about 7 in 10 adults with ADHD (68.7%), and 99.5% of adults without it screened negative. So a positive result deserves a proper assessment, and a negative one doesn't rule ADHD out.
